Peers play a significant role in preventing school dropouts. Our project aims to develop and compare peer mentoring programs from various socio-economic backgrounds. We intend to evaluate the outcomes of international research studies in Hungary and investigate how the differing socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds of mentors and mentees influence the mentoring process and its impact on the participants. Additionally, the project will formulate job plans and proposals for implementing the mentoring process.
