• The program is targeted at higher education lecturers, researchers and grammar school teachers.
• We accept min. 15 max. 20 colleagues to the staff week training.
• We will provide laptops for all participants, so there is no need to bring your own. However, if you are comfortable using your own laptop, you are welcome to do so. As part of the course, we will be using Immersive Virtual Reality (IVR) technology. While we have a limited number of IVR headsets available, having additional units would help create a smoother and more immersive experience. If you own an IVR headset - preferably an Oculus Quest - and are comfortable bringing it, we would greatly appreciate it.
• Those who participate in the whole staff week training receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end.
• The participation fee is 400 EUR.
• The fee includes the welcome package, work materials, cultural programs, and coffee and snacks in breaks
• Other costs such as travel, accommodation, meals, public transport in Budapest and insurance are covered by the participants themselves.
• We highly recommend that you have at least the European Health Ensurance Card (EHIC) before coming Hungary.
• Participants may apply for Erasmus+ staff mobility grant at their home university to cover the costs of the event. A template for the Mobility Agreement will be provided after the announcement of the results.

• We will send you the invoice automatically after the Mobility Agreement is signed. Please make sure to pay by the deadline indicated on the invoice and include ELTEPPK SW in the payment reference.

After signing the mobility agreement, please fill out this short questionnaire to prepare the invoice for the registration fee. Since this is an Erasmus program, we can only issue invoices to private individuals.
